This refreshing cocktail was first introduced in 2005 to showcase the versatility of the new generation of Clear Piscos and highlighted the arrival of kitchen ingredients to the bar, which is now reflected in the use of botanicals and spices.

- 60 ml of clear pisco
- 30 g of sliced strawberries
- basil leaves
- 10 ml of fresh lime juice
- 20 ml of simple syrup
- crushed ice

Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to an old-fashioned glass and muddle 8 times.
- Top with crushed ice and stir to chill the mixture and balance the flavor.
- Garnish with a lemon half-moon and a small bunch of basil leaves.
