A refreshing and sophisticated cocktail blending the crispness of green apple with the complex flavors of pisco and vermouth, topped with a chai tea infusion.
Ingredientes
- 60 ml transparent pisco
- 25 ml Martini vermouth bianco
- 30 ml citrus mix (pink grapefruit, key lime)
- 30 ml chamomile and honey syrup
- 4 pieces of green apple
- 45 ml chai tea infusion
Preparation
- In a shaker, add the green apple pieces and chamomile and honey syrup. Muddle 8 times.
- Add the citrus mix, white vermouth, and pisco, and shake well with plenty of ice.
- Strain into a clean container, then strain again into a glass with a clear carved ice cube, and top with the chai tea infusion.
- Garnish with grapefruit peel and an edible flower.
