A bold and balanced cocktail that combines the sharpness of Campari with the complexity of pisco and vermouth, finished with a hint of grapefruit.

  • 30 ml transparent pisco 40°
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 30 ml Arrayán liqueur or Vermouth Rosso
  • 5 ml grapefruit juice
  • In the glass, add 3 to 4 ice cubes, stir, and remove excess water.
  • Add the pisco, then the Arrayán liqueur or Vermouth, grapefruit juice, and Campari.
  • Stir with a mixing spoon and serve with grapefruit peel on the surface.
