  • 60 ml transparent pisco
  • 3 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 15 ml limoncello
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Top with prosecco
  • · All ingredients, except the prosecco, are combined along with a handful of ice in a blender. Blend until a smooth, consistent texture is achieved.
  • Pour the mixture into a chilled wine glass. Top with prosecco, which adds effervescence and lightness to the drink.
  • Finally, garnish with a flower picked from the garden to enhance the visual appeal and aromatic profile.
