A Chilean reinterpretation of the classic New York Sour.
Ingredientes
- 60 ml transparent pisco
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml gomme syrup or sugar
- 60 ml Chilean red wine
- Egg white
Preparation
- · In a shaker, combine all ingredients without ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Serve in a cocktail glass and carefully pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
